How to make a QR code for wedding photos

  1. Step 1

    Make the album

Type your names and the date. Your QR code appears straight away; no account needed.

  2. Step 2

Put the code on the tables

Print the ready-made table cards at home, or add the code to your signs and menus.

  3. Step 3

    Collect everything

Photos and videos arrive in your album as guests send them. Download them all in one go.

Your album fills up as the party goes on

Every photo and video lands in one private album, labelled with the name of the guest who sent it. Watch it fill up during the evening, delete anything you don’t want, and download the lot as zip files when you’re home.

Videos come through too: the first dance, the speeches, the moments your photographer was facing the other way.

What your guests won’t have to do:

Better than a shared album, an app or a group chat

Questions

How do I make a QR code for wedding photos?
Create an album with your names and the date. You get a QR code straight away, plus printable table cards. Put them on the tables, and every photo a guest sends by scanning lands in your album.
Do guests need to download an app or make an account?
No. Scanning opens a web page in the phone's own browser. Guests tap one button, pick their photos, and they're sent. No app, no sign-up, no Apple ID or Google account.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Any phone whose camera reads QR codes works, including iPhone photos in HEIC format and videos from either kind of phone.
Are the photos compressed?
No. You get the original files your guests' phones took, on every plan, including free.
How big can photos and videos be?
Photos up to 50 MB each and videos up to 500 MB each, which covers a few minutes of 4K phone video.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 100 photos and videos. The Party pass is $19 for 500 and the Event pass is $39 for 5,000. Each is paid once per event, never a subscription, and you can upgrade the same album later.
How long are the photos kept?
Free albums for 30 days after your event, Party albums for 3 months and Event albums for a year. The album page shows the exact date, and you can download everything as zip files at any time.
What if the venue wifi is bad?
Each photo retries on its own if the connection drops, and the link keeps working after the event, so guests can send the rest from home.
Who can see the album?
Only you, through your private album link. Guests can send photos but can't browse what others sent, and every photo link expires after an hour.
